  • The aim of remedial massage is to relieve muscular pain and discomfort and to bring back function. In order to treat it sometimes we will have to re-engage that pain, however it should be at most uncomfortable but not unbearable. The treatment is always tailored to your pain threshold so please let us know if anything needs to be adjusted. We are here to help you not harm you!

  • Please note that we do not perform treatments to pregnant clients. Massage can be very beneficial to post-natal clients so we will be very happy to see you afterwards! Clients who have had a caesarean-section should wait 6-8 weeks before having a massage as treatments involve lying on your stomach. Always consult your GP if you have any concerns.
